As a Kibo Code member, you have a full support team behind you ready to help you with any question or problem you may have.
Questions about the training? Troubles logging in? Billing issues?
Please create a new support ticket at https://support.thekibocode.com/
To answer your questions more quickly, please submit ONE ticket per issue. For example, if you have a problem logging in the members area and you have another question about the training, please create one ticket for each question, as they will go to different support teams and the tickets will be handled quicker that way.
**Note: You MUST REGISTER to view the status of your tickets on the support desk (your credentials to this Members Area will NOT work there).
In order to do this
- Visit the support desk portal: https://support.thekibocode.com/
- Click the “Login” link in the upper right-hand corner and then the “Register” link in the centre of the page.
You MUST use the email you have associated with your Member account when sending a support ticket because we have a system in place where we reject any “From” email addresses not on the Kibo Code member list. You will NOT get support from the Kibo Code support team if you are not a registered member of the course and the only way for us to know that for sure is if you contact us from the registered email.
You can always see the status of your ticket by visiting "My Tickets" in the Support Desk.
If you have registered on the Support Portal before but forgot your password, click on the “Reset Password” link on the Login page.
